About Matt-Phuoc Trinh, DDS
Dr. Trinh grew up in Eagle Rock, California. As a young boy Dr. Trinh dreamed of becoming a Doctor or Dentist; he just wasn’t quite sure which path to pursue. After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Cal. State Northridge, he decided he wanted to become a Dentist. As hard as it was to leave home (San Gabriel Valley), Dr. Trinh chose to attend Boston University’s School of Dentistry. He graduated in 2006. Dr. Trinh has over 13 years of experience in the field of Family Dentistry. He chose to concentrate on children’s dentistry at his last position as Managing Dentist. Dr. Trinh’s philosophy is that if we care for our children’s oral hygiene at a young age, we can prevent oral health issues many adults have today. Thus his vision of giving back to the community has flourished. Because of his vision and philosophy, the staff at our office is giving back to the community by teaching preschoolers how to brush and floss properly, speaking at career days, and building relationships with the local school board. Dr. Trinh is a huge Lakers and Red Sox fan. He enjoys golfing, a good meal (preferably lobster), and spending time with his sons.
