About Mary M. Moore, MD
Mary Moore, M.D. is a board certified dermatologist from Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Moore then attended the Medical College of Georgia where she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society in her junior year. After graduating from MCG, where she received honors for her 4.0 GPA, she moved to Texas to attend Texas Tech University. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at Texas Tech University where she served as Chief Resident during her third year and was awarded resident of the month from University Medical Center. After residency, Dr. Moore worked in private practice serving Katy, Sugar Land, and Pearland, TX. Dr. Moore keeps her training and knowledge up to date through active membership in the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatological Society, the Houston Dermatological Society and the Texas Medical Association. Her work has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and Archives of Dermatology. Dr. Moore has a passion for teaching and is an attending physician in Dermatology for the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugarland, TX. Dr. Moore has received extensive training in general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Her patients remark on her excellent bedside manner and gentle, natural approach to cosmetics. During her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her husband and three children.
