An accomplished professional who performs at exceptional levels is now an Aesthetician. “If you do what you love, you’ll love what you do”. This saying always intrigued me because it made so much sense. If you’re doing what you love, you’ll be happy, motivated and passionate in the career path or business you’ve chosen. This was the basis of my decision to pursue a career in Aesthetics. My goal as an esthetician is to contribute to the well being of the whole person. By providing an atmosphere of trust, relational engagement and compassion, I want to enhance the lives of those seeking their personal beauty. I offer the latest in medical grade skin care products and proven treatment technique services under the medical guidance of Dr. Streitmann. By providing high-end therapeutic medical grade aesthetic services in a caring, upscale, professional environment, the overall goal is to achieve desired visible, tangible results for each client based on their skin histology and personal goals. The first step is to understand all the options available and commit to a program that will work. The goal for every client is to customize an easy and effective plan that will take their skin to the next level, regardless of their starting point. Proper care for the skin can keep one looking good at any age. It influences how quickly one experiences the telltale signs of aging and may postpone the need for surgical intervention. If a client is opting for surgical facial rejuvenation treatments, proper skin care before and after the procedure can optimize overall results. Marla holds a Texas Cosmetologist - Esthetician license and is a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals. She received her aesthetic training from the Aveda Institute, Houston, and holds training certifications in laser and multiple medical procedures, product lines and laser technologies. She completed the Georgia Institute of Technology Mid-Management Program and several Lone Star College certification courses. Her professional career history was in the airline industry. She has over 30 years’ of international customer service, sales, administrative, management and leadership experience. She is an organized, thorough and dependable professional with strong team player and interpersonal skills. While she has thoroughly enjoyed the learning and life experiences gained through both customer service and corporate business environments, the opportunity to explore her hearts desires became a priority.
