About Mark A. Willoughby, MD
At the Dermatology and Laser Center, Dr. Mark Willoughby provides dermatology services to residents throughout San Diego, Hillcrest, and Chula Vista, California. His services include care for acne and skin cancer in addition to Botox®, fillers, tattoo removal, Mohs surgery, electronic brachytherapy, and photofacials. Dr. Willoughby is a native of San Diego and graduated from the University of California-Los Angeles. He received his medical degree from the Ohio State University’s School of Medicine. He trained in Dermatology at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, where he acted as chief resident. Dr. Willoughby then completed a University of California-Los Angeles affiliated Cosmetic and Skin Cancer Surgery fellowship accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is board certified in Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Willoughby specializes in Dermatologic, Cosmetic, and Laser surgery. He participates in both the dermatologic and local community national meetings, academic preceptorships, and community skin cancer screens, sponsored by the American Academy of Dermatology.
