About Mark Mcferran, DDS
Dr. Mark received his bachelor’s degree from Spring Arbor University. A 1986 University of Detroit Dental School graduate, he has been in private practice for over 30 years. Dr. McFerran and his dental team are committed to providing comprehensive dental care in an environment that is comfortable, friendly and state of the art. Through continuing education courses, Dr. McFerran and his team are dedicated to providing the most up to date procedures and techniques. Dr. McFerran is an active member of the Jackson District Dental Society, having served as a past president and is also active in the Jackson District Dental Study Club. He is a member of the Michigan Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Mark, his wife Victoria, and their three children have been very active in their local community. Dr. Mark has been a mentor in the ‘kids hope’ program at Western Schools, as well as coaching budding athletes in club basketball and soccer. He enjoys mentoring young adults as well as being involved in various community and church organizations. It is not uncommon for Dr. Mark to spend time with young professionals looking to go into dentistry. Dr McFerran enjoys giving back by traveling to third world countries to provide dental care. He has traveled to Nigeria, Honduras, Haiti, and Mexico and considers it a privilege to serve the underserved. He also regularly volunteers his time in local clinics to serve those who are not able to easily obtain dental care.
