About Mark Horowitz
Dr. Mark Horowitz practices medicine at Coast Dermatology Medical Associates. After completing his training at Michigan State University over 10 years ago, he has mastered some of the most advanced techniques available in dermatology and cosmetic surgery today. Dr. Mark Horowitz is an expert in general and surgical dermatology. He has advanced skills in skin cancer detection and Mohs micrographic surgery to treat large and difficult tumors of the skin. He also specializes in cosmetic laser treatments to improve the signs of aging and wrinkling of the skin.Besides his advanced surgical training, he has developed a special interest in chronic rashes that result from allergic reactions. He has developed a patch test center which can detect offending chemicals in your environment that may be producing the rash. Our office is one of the few medical practices offering this advanced service in southern California.
