About Mark Christensen, DDS
Dr. Christensen graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 1979 with a Major in Zoology and Minor in Marine Biology. He received his Doctorate Degree in Dentistry in 1983 from Temple University in Philadelphia PA. After graduating from Temple University, he practiced briefly in New Jersey until moving to San Diego in 1984. He has been practicing in San Diego since 1984. He also maintained a dental practice in Las Vegas for several years during that time. In order to stay abreast of cutting edge technology and new trends in the dental field for the benefit of his patients, Dr. Christensen continues to pursue his education and post-doctoral training including Invisalign, Cerec, cosmetic , and final implant restorations. Dr. Christensen is a member of the The American Dental Society, The California Dental Association, and The San Diego County Dental Society. He is a Preferred Provider for Invisalign and a Cerec doctor. His experience in the dental field includes family, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. His caring, gentle approach to your oral health will make your visits a comfortable experience. He truly enjoys the rewards of seeing how a new smile can impact a patient’s life. Originally from Utah, he currently resides is Carlsbad with his wife and children. He enjoys spending family time at the beach, camping, and anything outdoors.
