About Marcy Goldin, DDS

Dr. Marcy Goldin is a second generation dentist in Troy, MI. Spending her summers, working in her father's office, Dr. Goldin started her dental training of taking care of patients with old fashioned values and care at the early age of 11. Here she learned the life-long lessons of treating patients like family, a tradition used in our office to this day. Along with her husband, Dr.Craig Goldin, she is a founding dentist of the Cosmetic Dentistry Institute. Committed to continuing education, the doctors here provide you with truly superior care. Dr. Marcy Goldin believes in sharing her knowledge with others and is committed to making sure all patients are completely informed about their oral health and treatment options. Since 2006, Dr. Marcy Goldin has had the privilege of teaching at the #1 dental school in the country, the University of Michigan, as a Clinical Instructor. Devoted to encouraging the next generation of dentists to have the same passion for dentistry and continued learning as the doctors at Cosmetic Dentistry Institute, Dr. Marcy Goldin also strives to impart the traditions started over 70 years ago, by her father, of meeting the needs of patients and their families, and giving them the best that dentistry has to offer with compassion, excellence and experience. The Cosmetic Dentistry Institute has won several prestigious awards, thanks in part to her training and personalized approach. Along with her husband, Dr. Goldin is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Thanks to her extensive training after dental school, she is very familiar with the most up-to-date techniques and technology.As the co-founder and artistic director of the Cosmetic Dentistry Institute, Dr. Goldin is proud of our practice’s many awards. Perhaps our biggest honor was the Cosmetic Practice of the Year (COPY) Award. This award is sponsored by Philips Oral Healthcare, Levin Group Dental Consultants, and Ascend Media. These organizations grant awards based on patient care and satisfaction, office environment, management, technology, and several other factors. In addition, both Dr. Marcy Goldin and Dr. Craig Goldin have been selected as HOUR Detroit’s “Top Dentists” by a jury of their peers each year since the award's inception. The Cosmetic Dentistry Institute has also been named “Best of Troy” by the Troy Chamber of Commerce. The Cosmetic Dentistry Institute was honored by winning the 2012 Dental Office Design Competition, an award sponsored by the American Dental Association. The award showcased the office as the number one dental practice in the country. It focuses on up to date technologies, ergonomics and patient comfort. Entries are judged by a panel of dental industry experts. The Cosmetic Dentistry Institute was awarded SEEN magazines Editors Choice Award for Dentists in Michigan. Twice recipient of Instructor of the year by the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity at the University of Michigan Dental School, Dr. Marcy Goldin is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association and the Oakland County Dental Society.
