About M. Slade Stratton, MD
`Dr. Slade Stratton is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgeon with interests in dermatologic oncology and complex facial reconstruction. He has specific interests in high-risk squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, interdisciplinary oncologic approach, transplant dermatology, surgical treatment of hidradenitis, keloids, surgical and traumatic scar revision, and skin cancer screening and prevention. He strives for an individually tailored approach to skin cancer removal and aesthetic reconstruction. He’s the St. Louis area Mohs Micrographic and Reconstructive Surgeon for Epiphany. Dr. Stratton graduated from Marquette University in 2005 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and completed a cooperative employment program with the Food and Drug Administration – Center for Devices and Radiological Health. He then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, graduating with a perfect GPA and receiving an award for the most outstanding medical student in his class in 2010. He was selected as a junior to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism honor societies. In his spare time, Dr. Stratton enjoys spending time with his wife Betsey, a St. Louis native, and their three school-aged children. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, trail running, and the occasional ultramarathon.
