About Lisa M. Vihnanek, DDS
Dr. Lisa Vihnanek completed her undergraduate education at Illinois State University. In 2002, she graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She then completed a one year residency at Illinois Masonic Hospital. Dr. Vihnanek consistently strives to enhance her skills and knowledge. Recently she completed almost 5 times the required hours of continuing education to offer our patients the most up-to-date dental care available. Dr. Vihnanek participates in the Spear Faculty Club and Seattle Study Club working with other dentists and specialists in bringing the most comprehensive dental treatment to patients in one practice. One of the highlights of her career was volunteering for a mission trip to provide dental care and hygiene education in Panama. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Dr. Vihnanek has an affinity for her home town. She enjoys participating in marathons and triathlons having completed the Ironman competition in 2007. Dr. Vihnanek also enjoys traveling and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
