About Lisa C. Espinoza, MD

Dancing for a major ballet company takes a tremendous amount of discipline and dedication – but it turns out that Dr. Espinoza was just warming up. Before graduating with honors at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), Dr. Espinoza trained and danced for the Los Angeles Classical Ballet, San Francisco Ballet and the Joffrey Ballet, among others. She then followed her heart and pursued another passion – medicine – by earning a master’s degree and then a medical degree from the Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia where she was Medical School Class President. She then went on to obtain advanced residency training, acting as Chief Resident and to obtain specialized training in cosmetic dermatology and laser medicine. She founded La Chele Medical Aesthetics over a decade ago, which now boasts over 6,000 sq ft with 25 employees, 26 lasers, and a top 2% injectable practice in the United States for the products of Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers. Dr. Lisa Espinoza is skilled in advanced techniques in facial rejuvenation and facial contouring and has become heavily involved in training other physicians in the use of injectables and laser medicine. She serves as a national trainer, speaker, and advisory consultant for Allergan and Galderma, the makers of Botox, Dysport, Restylane and Juvederm family of fillers. She is a national and international luminary speaker for the largest laser company in the world, Cynosure, as well as many other highly reputable companies. Along with her great passion for laser medicine, Dr. Lisa Espinoza is the first practitioner in the United States who specializes in advanced PDO thread lifting techniques from S. Korea. In the past few years, she has become involved in several clinical studies including the Airgent study. In fact, La Chele is the first and only practice to bring Airgent to the United States. Dr. Lisa Espinoza utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to provide maximal results with the least amount of treatments.
