About Lewis Chen, DDS
Dr. Lewis Chen, or “Dr. Lewis,” is a proud New Yorker, born and raised in Queens. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and graduated top of his class with highest honors and distinction and inducted into the renowned national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU). After dental school, he completed extensive training at the Bronx VA, which is nationally known to be the most prestigious and comprehensive program in the country. In his eyes, dentistry is an art form as much as it is an essential medical service. With an emphasis on cosmetics, implants, and full-mouth reconstructions, he strives to provide nothing short of exceptional care to all his patients and works closely with them to meet their goals through education. He further pursues his passion in education by serving as a clinical instructor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Chen is an esteemed member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), and New York County Dental Society (NYCDS).
