About Lester F. Elliott
Franklyn Elliott, M.D. is a double board-certified plastic surgeon with Atlanta Plastic Surgery, PC who has provided exceptional cosmetic and reconstructive surgery results to his patients since 1983. Operating from two Alpharetta and Atlanta area locations (Northside and Alpharetta), Dr. Elliott performs a range cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures for the face, body and breasts. He has a specialized interest in developing new cosmetic surgery techniques, including his signature short scar facelift, in addition to performing tried and true procedures like rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. In 2014, Dr. Elliott was given the distinct honor of joining the Best Doctors in America® 2014 Database, a list of clinically and academically accomplished medical practitioners, researchers, and teachers that represents only the top 5% in the United States. Dr. Elliott is also a multi-time recipient of Castle Connolly’s “Top Doctor” designation in the field of plastic surgery.
