About Laura Mayer, DDS
Dr. Mayer came to us from Atlanta, and like a true Georgia peach, she always finds a way to make her patients smile. She is gentle, honest, approachable, and seems to always leave her patients in a great mood. Dr. Mayer attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry, and received further training in dental surgery and cosmetic dentistry through residency at the Medical College of Georgia. She received the Senior Woman Dental Student Award after graduating top of her class from Baylor her senior year. Dr. Mayer was awarded first place for her craniofacial research at Baylor and was nominated to attend the Emerging Leaders Program through her involvement on the board of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. She is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the California Dental Association. Dr. Mayer dreamed of becoming a dentist since age 10, and can truly say that dentistry is her passion! Dr. Mayer loves hiking, biking, traveling, running, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
