About Lan T. Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Lan Nguyen has been a practicing dentist for over twenty years. She loves getting to know each patient individually and appreciates all the unique aspects of their lives. Dr. Nguyen enjoys interacting with people of all ages. She strives to make her patients feel comfortable so they are relaxed and excited about visiting the dentist. She truly loves helping patients improve and maintain their dental health and knows that their overall physical health will benefit from the care she provides. Dr. Nguyen received her Bachelor of Arts in Zoology/ Physiology from the University of Texas in Austin. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Texas Dental Branch, and her General Practice Residency at the Temple VA Hospital. She stays up-to-date with current dental technology by completing continuing education courses throughout the year, and is certified in conscious oral sedation. She is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Texas Dental Association. Dr. Nguyen currently lives in Pearland with her husband and two beautiful children, Donovan and Leilani. They enjoy traveling, biking, and taking long walks with their dog, Whiskey, on weekends. Dr. Nguyen loves trying new foods and ethnic cuisine, so she and her husband dine out whenever possible. The Nguyen family also enjoys outdoor activities, so in the summer, they may be spotted at the lakes jet skiing or at the beach building sandcastles.
