About Kristyn W. Payne, MD
Dr. Kristyn Payne grew up in The Woodlands, TX and feels fortunate to practice medicine in her hometown. She graduated college Magna Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Austin in 1998 with a degree in Biology and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honors society. She attended medical school at The University of Texas-Houston from 1998-2002, and was able to participate in clinical research in pediatric dermatology. Dr. Payne did her medical internship at St. Joseph Hospital in downtown Houston prior to completing her residency at The University of Texas-Houston/MD Anderson in 2006. Dr. Payne has enjoyed practicing dermatology in The Woodlands area since 2006. She loves treating all age groups and specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Payne lives in The Woodlands with her husband, Chris, and son, Logan. Outside of dermatology, she enjoys exercising, traveling, watching UT football, cooking, and being outdoors with her family and dogs, Birdie & Bandit.
