About Kristina R. Crawford, Aesthetician Specialist
Kristina grew up in North County and knew from a young age she’d end up doing something creative. Her love of art and theater translated naturally into her love of makeup, which broadened when she received her esthetician license in 2001. Her passion for further knowledge in her industry ensures that she stays informed with the latest technologies, ingredients and practices. Her proficiency and love for her job are evidenced in her work as an Aveda Skin Care Educator, a title she held from 2003 – 2013. Her approach combines a vast technical knowledge with the desire to connect and provide a relaxing experience while enhancing the natural beauty and wellness of her guest. While Kristina is adept at all aspects of skin care, makeup and waxing, including a gentle waxing experience (Brazilian!), her true proficiency is her ability to connect with her guests through thorough, personalized consultations – especially in regards to brow waxing. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, the brows are the frames that accentuate that view. Kristina brings an intuitive touch and presence, a keen awareness and a sincere joy in inspiring confidence and wellbeing in everyone she meets. Her own joy is found in her daughter, her career, makeup and art. A San Diego native, she couldn’t live anywhere else and spends a good part of her time enjoying our glorious beaches, as the sun and water are integral parts of her self-care journey.
