Hi, I’m Kieran Parker. The owner and lead artist at Koa Lash and Brow. I decided to open Koa Lash and Brow with the goal of making every client look and feel beautiful by providing top of the line services that require minimal upkeep and quality artistry that allows every client's unique beauty to shine through. I was born and raised in Maryland but moved to Hawaii and those years spent living on the island of Oahu had a profound impact on my outlook on life and spirit. I fell in love with the word ""Koa,"" which translates to “brave, bold and fearless"" and I have carried that word with me ever since. I decided to name my studio, Koa Lash and Brow, after I left my job as a mental health counselor to pursue my passion for combining my love of the beauty industry with my love of art. Jumping head first into a new career was one that required a heavy dose of being brave, bold and fearless, and thus, Koa Lash and Brow was born. Today the word Koa has come full circle with the many clients that have entered our door. Each have a unique story of their own moments of being brave, bold and fearless from battling cancer, alopecia or starting a new chapter in their lives. Sharing in their stories, even for just a moment, has been an immense privilege and pleasure. I am proud to say I am a Certified Phibrows Artist. The Phibrows Academy is the industry leader in microblading practices, and it involves the most rigorous training in the world. I have been trained in microblading, shading and perfection training all through the Phibrows Academy. I am also a certified lash extension and lift artist through Borboleta and Sugarlash Pro.
