About Kenneth B. Hashimoto, DMD
Dr. Hashimoto was born in Chicago but grew up in his parent’s hometown of Sacramento. He graduated from California State University Sacramento and Washington University School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Hashimoto remained at Washington University as an instructor for one year before returning to Sacramento to start his practice. Dr. Hashimoto and his wife Susan have two married daughters and two cherished granddaughters. Eldest daughter, Michele, works alongside Dr. Hashimoto as a Registered Dental Hygienist. In his spare time, Dr. Hashimoto enjoys gardening, fishing, travelling, and socializing while dining with friends and family. Dr. Hashimoto and his entire staff subscribe to a simple tenet: treat all as you would wish to be treated. Every patient is treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion regarding their individual needs. Dr. Hashimoto feels strongly that when having a conversation with a patient, one learns more about the issue while listening versus talking. Dr. Hashimoto is an active member of the Sacramento District Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Doctors for Oral Conscious Sedation Education.
