About Kendall Frazier, DDS
Dr. Kendall Frazier is originally from Greenfield, Indiana. He first got hooked on a career in dentistry when he completed a science fair project in sixth grade about the effects of mountain dew on teeth. Before coming on board at Lakewood Dentistry in February 2018, Dr. Frazier worked at another private practice on the south side of Jacksonville as well as at an emergency dental clinic. He is passionate about serving his patients in order to help them achieve optimal oral health, and creating an incredible dental experience every appointment. Dr. Frazier regularly pursues continuing education so as to ensure he is bringing the best techniques and care to each individual. Nothing makes him happier than seeing a happy, satisfied patient! Dr. Frazier and his wife Andrea have two dogs: Ollie and Hunter. When not working at the office, he enjoys playing tennis, golfing, surfing, and supporting his favorite athletic teams.
