Karey began her career in permanent makeup (aka cosmetic tattooing) over 12 years ago. Her passion is helping women feel prettier and more confident! Karey uses the traditional technique of ""tapping"" for all procedures, not the microblading technique. Microblading is actually a technique where small cuts are made in the skin where pigment is absorbed. It is fairly invasive and usually doesn't last as long as the tapping technique. Due to the popularity of fuller brows as seen on social media sites, ""microblading eyebrows"" has become known as the ""look of hair"" in the brows. The same natural look is achieved with the tapping technique, it's just a different way of using the same tool.
