About Karen F. Hurwitz, Aesthetician Specialist
Karen is a Board Certified Licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist with over 25 years experience in the industry. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BFA in Graphic Design, Karen had her own design company and began doing makeup for special events and weddings on the side. While working with one of the leading skin care companies in the world, Clarin’s, and visiting their Paris headquarters, her love and interest in the science of the skin and product ingredients, became a passion. Karen furthered her knowledge and received advanced training in Esthetics at the internationally recognized Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics. Being an artist, color, and determining the right look for someone, comes naturally to Karen. She enjoys teaching how to apply makeup so that it is hassle free and fits the individual's lifestyle. Making people look and feel good is the most rewarding part of what Karen does. Karen personally performs all of KH Solutions' treatments and services in a private, comfortable setting and she is conscientious about making sure that you receive the appropriate treatment that best suits the needs of your particular skin. Karen has extensive experience in creating custom skin care programs and recognizing the needs and ""solutions"" that each person's skin requires.
