About Kanchan Thind, DMD

Dr. Kanchan Thind has been setting the highest standards in general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Thind is dedicated in providing quality dental care in a friendly and caring environment. She believes that every patient that comes to see her deserves the highest quality of care. Education and prevention are at the heart of her practice. She is so proud to be able to end the pain for patients, boost their confidence, and even change their lives through restoring teeth and creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Thind first received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2004 before moving on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2013. Dr. Thind feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of dentistry in order to offer the most advanced treatments. She is currently a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry and maintains memberships in many professional organizations to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies. Dr. Thind’s love for children can be seen every day in the office as she spends a lot of time with our pediatric patients giving them a perfect dental experience not only providing highest standard of oral care but developing a good foundation of dental care and lifelong dental needs. Dr. Thind is happily married to Dr. Sanjeevan Virk and enjoys working with her husband daily to give their patients the healthy, beautiful smiles they deserve! Outside the office, Dr. Thind enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, Kesar and Saara. When not in the office Dr. Thind is passionate about cooking and traveling the world.
