About Judith Medina, Tattoo Specialist
Judith is originally from SouthWest New Mexico, she has lived in New Jersey for 24 years. Starting in 2008, She apprenticed and was trained by her mentor and Associate Ann D from Lasting Beauty located in Bergen County, New Jersey. Ann was a Board Certified AAM instructor, Practitioner and Fellow Member of the American Academy of Micro-Pigmentation for over 16 years. Until she retired, she was widely known in the industry and highly recommended by several Doctors and Plastic Surgeons. Judith received her Certification with Lasting Beauty and with the American Academy of Micro-pigmentation at the end of 2009. Although she was educated, trained and has experience in multiple Permanent Cosmetics and Medical Tattooing Procedures, she specializes and designs beautiful tattooed eyebrows and eyeliner. In a span of approximately 10 years, with Gods favor and blessing over her life, Judith was able to work hard, study, persevere and pursue the education she needed to accomplish New Jersey required Certifications and Licenses in 3 trades. Judith is a Certified, Licensed and Insured Micro-pigmentation Practitioner in Monmouth County, New Jersey, she retains a current license with the New Jersey Board of Cosmetology for over 15 years, and also has a Certification in Massage Therapy. Prior to coming into her role as a Permanent Cosmetic Practitioner Artist... from her adolescent years, she was very artistic and always enjoyed drawing and painting. Later in life, she pursued a Cosmetology License which eventually gave her more experience and knowledge in multiple areas including; the science and pathology of body, facial features, technical skills, symmetry and color theory. During her Cosmetology apprenticeship, she worked full time for 5 years as a personal assistant for a very successful and talented Color Correction Specialist. During that time, the hands on experience and training by her mentor helped pave the way to how she currently customizes color for her clients or do color corrective work over bad tattooed work done elsewhere. Creativity, artistic skill and a perfectionist, Judith is also patient and very passionate about her God given gifts and talents. She loves her occupation and enjoys offering or sharing her blessings and skills with her clients.
