Iconic Brows & Lashes is owned by Jovaun “Jay” Turner, a Dolly Monroe certified Eyebrow Microblading Artist & Eyelash Extension Technician who is a licensed Tattoo Artist in the state of Florida. Jay loves what he does and is sure you will too. He puts true care into his craft and enjoys being able to provide services that are so impactful and transformative. His business is new to Tampa, but his passion for Brows and Lashes is not. Jay now also offers Microblading Training Courses in Tampa. These Microblading Certification Courses are offered both as Private (1:1) and Group Classes (maximum 2 students per class). He prides himself on the Quality of the Course he has created and has a passion to share his knowledge and expertise with those who also wish to become Microblading Artists themselves.
