About Jose M. Sosa, DDS
Dr. Sosa, a native of Panama, opened his practice in the San Diego North County area in 2009 after moving here from Virginia. His experience affords him the ability to treat all ages and aspects of dentistry with very few patients referred out. His post-doctoral courses in oral surgery, implantology and sleep apnea has allowed the scope of his practice to grow. Always looking to take advantage of the latest technology, he is especially excited about his top-of-the-line Dental CT (computerized tomography) Scanner which has opened doors to the most advanced diagnosis and treatment planning. Dr. Sosa is an active member of The San Diego County Dental Society, the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He lives in Carlsbad with his wife (a pediatric dentist) and three daughters. He is an avid soccer fan and plays regularly on the weekends.
