About Jordan D. Colby, DMD
Dr. Jordan D. Colby is passionate about what he does and there’s nothing more fulfilling than finding new and innovative ways of doing dentistry which makes it more cost effective and comfortable for his patients! Dr. Colby completed his undergraduate studies at Hunter University in New York City, obtaining a degree in chemistry and Spanish interpretation and translation, graduating with cum laude honors. He attended the College of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University, Arizona, where he received his DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree. In dental school, he was chairman of the Academy of LDS dentists. There Dr. Colby organized a group of 20 dental students to participate in a two-week dental service mission to the island of Tonga, where more than 400 locals received free dental care. Dr. Colby stays at the forefront in dentistry because he recognizes the importance of continually learning. He regularly attends education courses with SD CEREC docs and Spear education seminars and other prestigious post-graduate training coursesDr. Colby grew up in Carpinteria, California playing football and volleyball. He married his high school sweetheart, and together they have four daughters along with a Golden Retriever named Redford and two cats. When he’s not working, he enjoys road biking, swimming, and finding the best places to eat tacos.
