About Joey Farkash, DDS
Dr. Joey Farkash is originally from Los Angeles, California and graduated in 2009 from University of California Davis with a Bachelors in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior. When Dr. Joey wasn't in classes, he could be found on the track, pole vaulting for the UC Davis Division 1 Track and Field team. Dr. Joey went on to complete his dental training at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, graduating in the top 20% of his class, and received two awards for his clinical performance: The Comprehensive Care Award, given to only four students yearly, and the Caulk/Dentsply Prosthodontics Award, given to only a single student each year. Dr. Joey continues his studies to stay familiar with the most current dental technology by participating in Spear dental education classes, and his current dental goal is to obtain his Fellowship ranking in the Academy of General Dentistry. When he is not in the office you can find him enjoying the outdoors staying active. He lives in Portage, enjoys sight seeing all of Michigan, and travels back to Los Angeles often to visit family.
