About Jerilyn S. Allen, MD
Dr. Allen graduated magna cum laude from Boston College and received her M.D. at the University of Connecticut where she completed her residency training. She is Fellowship trained in Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Allen was Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive surgery and received the 1997 John Orlando Roe National Award. She is Board Certified by The American Board of Otolaryngology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and has attending staff privileges at both Windham Community Memorial Hospital and William W. Backus Hospital. Dr. Allen has been recognized as a Top Doc by Connecticut Magazine four years in a row. Dr. Allen and her husband Todd live in East Lyme with their two children and Great Dane.
