About Jeremy Diquattro, DMD
Dr. Jeremy Diquattro (we like to call him D4!) is a native Arizonan, born and raised in Mesa. He attended BYU for his bachelors in Biology. From there, he went on to Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ. Dr. Diquattro has received extended training in dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry and remains committed to lifelong learning in all aspects of dentistry. He has a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry – a prestigious award given to just 5% of dentists. Dr. Diquattro truly enjoys serving patients and has traveled to Guatemala providing dental care. Prior to that, he served a two-year mission in Argentina and enjoys volunteering and serving in his church. A married father of two, Jeremy is also passionate about sports.
