Dr. Jeffrey B. Wise M.D, FACS, Founder of the Wise Institute of Hair Restoration, is a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, specializing in facial plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery and hair restoration.
