About Jeffrey Ruggiero, DMD
A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Dr. Ruggiero has been in practice for twenty three years, seventeen of those serving the communities of Woodland Park, Totowa and Little Falls. Dr. Ruggiero has wanted to be a dentist since middle school when his older brother and role model went off to Dental School to begin his dental career. Knowing what he wanted to do allowed him to fully focus on his studies through college and finish his four year undergraduate degree in only two years. He finished in the top of his class at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers) and went on to a General Practice/Surgical residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, New York. Since then, he has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education including Invisalign certification and an implant residency. He has a warm, caring approach with his patients and employs the latest technology to plan out the best, most conservative treatment. Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing and hiking and spending time at the beach with his wife and two sons.
