About Jason H. Neustadter, MD
Dr. Jason H. Neustadter completed his undergraduate training at the University of Pennsylvania. There he graduated with distinction in Biology and as a member of the Benjamin Franklin Scholars Honors Program. Dr. Neustadter then attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College. Among numerous awards and honors at Jefferson, he graduated Summa Cum Laude, in the top 5 of a class of over 230 students, and as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Neustadter went on to do his internship at the Albert Einstein Medical Center of Philadelphia. There, he was chosen by the faculty as Outstanding Intern of the Year. Before pursing a career in dermatology, he trained for two years in diagnostic radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where he was elected Chief Resident by the faculty and his peers. Prior to training in dermatology, Dr. Neustadter spent two years at the Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Dermatology, researching the cellular and molecular underpinnings of skin cancer. He then matriculated to Brown University where he completed his formal dermatology training, serving as Chief Resident in Dermatology during his final months at Brown. Dr. Neustadter has published in several national and international journals including Science, the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Archives of Dermatology, and the Journal of Investigative Dermatology among others. He has presented at the annual meetings of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the Society for Investigative Dermatology. Dr. Neustadter practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, the latter being a particular interest of his. Dr. Neustadter joined the practice in 2012. He treats both adults and children and is currently enrolling new patients. He lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and three sons.
