About Jason D. Mccargar, DMD
Dr. McCargar is a licensed Dentist in Arizona, Pennsylvania and Texas. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Dr. McCargar received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. The warm weather of Arizona attracted Dr. McCargar to the Valley of the Sun some eight years ago. Upon arrival in Phoenix, Dr. McCargar joined a private practice in East Mesa as a part-time practitioner. He also worked in hospital-based dentistry for compromised patients in Central Phoenix. In 2007, he opened Scottsdale Dental Arts. Dentistry is his passion. He devotes a great deal of his time to keeping up with his profession through Continuing Education. Providing patients with the most current cutting-edge dentistry is his commitment to his patients. Dr. McCargar is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, World Dental Federation (FDI), Arizona Dental Association, and the Central Arizona Dental Society. Because of his extensive training, Dr. McCargar is often sought out and referred to by many of his dental colleagues. To date he has accomplished all aspects of Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, including preventative, restorative, aesthetic, and surgical techniques. He has performed thousands of procedures and has rebuilt many mouths to full function. As a true artist, Dr. McCargar has created Smile Makeovers that have not only given his patients a gorgeous smile, but have given them a sense of renewed confidence. As a Cosmetic and Family Dentist, Dr. McCargar has built a reputation based on quality care with a positive and caring attitude for his patients.
