About Jason W. Erickson, DDS

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri , I attended the University of South Carolina on an athletic scholarship in swimming and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. After graduating from South Carolina, I headed back to Kansas City to attend dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Shortly after graduating from dental school, I joined the practice that would soon become Erickson Dental. I have been in practice in the DFW area since 2006 and I couldn’t be happier. Shortly after moving to Dallas, I met my future wife (Teressa) whom I married in May of 2010. We began our life together with our furry four-legged friend Harley (puggle) in 2007 and then were blessed with our first son, Blake, on December 5, 2012. Teressa is currently pregnant with our twin daughters who are due in April 2014. Dentistry allows me to do something that I have always wanted to do since I was a child. I love helping people and most importantly I love seeing the impact that dentistry can make on a person. I enjoy learning and studying about the different aspects of dentistry and then incorporating that knowledge into Erickson Dental. Staying up to date with the latest advancements and technology allows us to continuously improve the quality of our patient care. My staff and I pride ourselves on making sure that every patient feels comfortable and relaxed while getting the best dental care possible. Outside of work, I love spending time at home with my family, staying active and healthy. Having spent the majority of my life being a competitive athlete, I still have that burning desire to compete whenever I have the time. I have spent the last few years traveling and competing in triathlons with the pinnacle of my triathlon career being able to finish Ironman Nice/France in June 2012. My other passions are eating at the many restaurants DFW has to offer and watching any sporting event I can find especially the Kansas City Chiefs!!
