About Janeen Ferraro, DDS
Dr. Janeen Ferraro is excited to be affiliated with the Ocean Dental Community in Shrewsbury. Dr. Ferraro grew up in the Jersey Shore area. She attended college at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and then completed post graduate training at Overlook Hospital in Summit. After completing a general practice residency, she maintained her affiliation with Overlook Hospital as an attending dentist for 6 years. She is now actively involved as an attending staff dentist at Monmouth Medical Center. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Monmouth-Ocean Dental Society. Dr. Ferraro participates in a local study club to earn continuing education credits and stay current with the latest techniques and technology offered in the field of Dentistry. She lives at the Middlesex/Monmouth County border with her husband and two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in the local community.
