About Jamie Scalise, Aesthetician Specialist

Jamie Scalise has been a Licensed Esthetician for over 17 years, refining his practice at a few of the prestigious day spas in the area including Luxe Spa, The Spa at Del Monte, and recently Shear Ego Spa and Salon. He has a BS from Elmira College, graduated with honors from Continental School of Beauty, and has been certified in Permanent Makeup from Nouveau Contour, the Industry Leader in Micropigmentation. In addition, he is certified in microblading and advanced permanent makeup hair strokes techniques. He will be performing a variety of waxing services and youth generating skin care procedures, including facials, medical peels & microdermabrasion. Jamie will be enhancing brows and lash lines (eye liner) using his Permanent Makeup/Microblading artistry, incorporating natural, feathered hair strokes from his advanced training. Jamie has spoken on the National stage, written over 25 Beauty Industry articles and has even published an E-book. He also contract writes for several cosmetic product companies, in creating marketing materials for web, social media and print. His focus at Helendale Medical Spa will be in changing the faces of Rochester, one person at a time. With the ability to sculpt beautiful, flattering brows, whether through waxing or Permanent Makeup/Microblading blended together with anti-aging technologies, products and treatments, you’ll become a better version of yourself in no time. Jamie takes pride and joy in his daughter Marina, who is a consecutive Dean’s List senior at college. She is the apple of his eye, just as beautiful on the inside has on the outside. Additionally, he likes to read voraciously, is a workout fanatic, plays golf, loves sports (Bills, Sabres and Syracuse Orange) and leads an otherwise balanced, peaceful life.
