About James R. Marshall, DMD
Dr. J. Randall Marshall is originally from Columbia, South Carolina and was born and raised in the Carolinas. He found an interest and a passion for dentistry at a young age. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a bachelors degree in biology, he entered dental school immediately after college. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He went on to complete a residency during which time he received advanced training in treating complex cases and medically compromised patients. He currently holds active dental licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. Since finishing school, Dr. Marshall has resided in Charlotte and has enjoyed every minute of it. His dream of becoming a dentist has transformed into a passion for caring for people and providing quality dental care for the Steele Creek community and surrounding neighborhoods. He continues to train and study with some of the best dentists in the nation while maintaining several professional affiliations. When he is not treating patients, you will likely find Dr. Marshall spending time with family and friends. He is a huge Carolina Panthers fan and an even bigger basketball fan. He also enjoys live concerts and has become a foodie since moving to Charlotte. He looks forward to having the opportunity to take care of all of your dental needs.
