About Jamal M. Bullocks, MD
Dr. Jamal Bullocks and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic are dedicated to providing quality cosmetic and reconstructive surgical care to patients from the Greater Houston area. Dr. Bullocks is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and cares for his patients at Kelsey-Seybold’s Main Campus near the Texas Medical Center. The Main Campus offers free, surface-level parking and complimentary valet service. After graduating with honors from Georgetown University, Dr. Bullocks earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, graduating Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and cum laude. He completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He also has extensive research experience in breast oncology and head and neck oncology at the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University. His clinical interests include reconstructive breast surgery, breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast implants, breast lifts, mommy makeovers, facelifts, liposuction, body contouring after weight loss, and cosmetic surgery and non surgery procedures.
