About Jacquelyn R. Dosal, MD
Dr. Jacquelyn Dosal is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with special interests in cosmetic dermatology, medical/general dermatology, acne/rosacea, skin cancer, and nutrition. Dr. Dosal was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She earned her undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Pre-Professional Studies at the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated magna cum laude. She earned her medical degree at The Ohio State University with magna cum laude honors and acceptance into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her dermatology training at the prestigious University of Miami Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery, where she served as Chief Resident. She was also awarded the Jaime Battan award for exemplary compassionate patient care. She is the author of over 20 peer-reviewed publications in dermatology. Dr. Dosal is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology, where she provides patient care and educates residents and medical students in dermatology.
