About Jaclyn Losie, Aesthetician Specialist
Jaclyn Losie is a nationally-recognized aesthetician and spa consultant with her own skin care destination in Houston, Texas. After earning a bachelor’s degree and achieving success as a member of the editorial staff at one of America’s most successful magazines, Jaclyn chose to shift her focus to skin care, receiving her training at one of New York City’s top aesthetics institutes. Rigorous training in medical aesthetics followed at the renowned Completely Bare Spa, where Jaclyn developed her waxing skills and found immediate success, being named by Vitals Woman as one of the top two people to see in all of New York City for Brazilian waxing. While in NYC, Jaclyn developed and operated the spa at a holistic center in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood as well as created the facial and body treatments for a national spa chain. While pursuing a passion for learning the science of Ayurvedic medicine, world-famous Deepak Chopra asked Jaclyn to translate Ayurveda into facial treatments, which she created and were offered at The Chopra Center & Spa in midtown Manhattan. Jaclyn served as a Lead Aesthetician from the inception of The Chopra Center until she left New York for Denver, Colorado. Once again, Jaclyn quickly achieved high honors, being named Denver’s best facialist by 5280, Colorado’s largest local publication, in their annual Top of the Town issue. Jaclyn then moved to Austin, Texas and assisted in the opening and development of Spa Reveil in The Domain. In this luxurious spa Jaclyn held the roles of Lead Aesthetician and Trainer, as well as Spa Supervisor. Throughout her aesthetics career, Jaclyn has served as a mentor to many, and has trained and managed some of the most talented aestheticians across the country. At her skin care destination - Skindustry, Jaclyn is using all the knowledge gathered during her journey throughout the skin care industry. Jaclyn’s clients consistently rave about her gentle touch and ability to put them at ease no matter how personal the treatment.
