About Hussam Kujok, MD

Dr. Hussam Kujok is an internal medicine and aesthetic specialist who leads the team at Elegance MD. With over two decades of extensive experience in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of adult diseases, he is also formally trained in performing the latest aesthetic treatments and procedures, serving patients in the Greater Sacramento area. Dr. Kujok graduated in 1994 from the University of Damascus Faculty of Medicine in Syria. He later moved to California, where he completed his residency in internal medicine at the prestigious Fresno Medical Education Program of the University of California, San Francisco. After becoming board-certified, Dr. Kujok worked as an internist at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville, California. He later served as an internist and administration consultant at Dickinson County Healthcare System, and he’s currently a long-standing member of the American College of Physicians. At Elegance MD, Dr. Kujok and his team provide access to affordable diagnostic testing. Most insurances are accepted, and discounts are available to uninsured patients. In 2017, Dr. Kujok became fascinated with the growing demand for aesthetic procedures. He became passionate about medical aesthetic treatments and the idea of not only treating patients for general health and wellness in the office but also being able to offer treatments that would improve an area of concern on a patient’s face and body. That year he acquired some of the most state-of-the-art light-based laser technology to add to his service offerings and treat patients looking for popular cosmetic procedures such as SculpSure® non-invasive body contouring, and lasers to treat facial veins and redness, brown spots and wrinkles.
