About Hung T. Chau, DDS
Hung T. Chau, DDS brings over 25 years of experience to maintaining beautiful, healthy smiles for patients of all ages throughout the greater Houston, Texas area. At Sunshine Dental, Dr. Chau and his staff always take the time needed to provide personalized care and preventive treatments, as well as, educate patients about proper dental hygiene. Using the most advanced techniques, equipment and materials, Dr. Chau’s wide array of general and cosmetic dental services include veneers, bridges, tooth-colored fillings, Invisalign®, wisdom tooth extraction, root canals, and routine dental cleanings. He also offers urgent care treatment for those unexpected emergencies, from jaw pain to a chipped or cracked tooth. Dr. Chau began his education in chemistry, receiving his BA from Indiana University, followed by a masters degree from the University of Houston, and a doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch. In 2005, he started practicing dentistry at Sunshine Dental. Committed to staying abreast of the latest developments in dentistry, Dr. Chau has continued his education with courses in cosmetic and full mouth rehabilitation and implantology at the Miami Medical School and the Las Vegas Institute.
