About Huma Bayat, DDS
Huma Bayat DDS grew up in Concord, CA and earned her BS in microbiology from UC Davis. She went on to earn her DDS from NYUCD in 2004 and completed her residency in Bronx, NY. She moved to Colorado for one year and provided underserved children with much needed dentistry. In 2005, Dr. Bayat moved to California and practiced dentistry in a private practice in Antioch, CA. She loves dentistry because of the interaction she gets to have with patients. She enjoys meeting and treating patients from all different backgrounds and appreciates learning about each of their lives. She takes pleasure the art of dentistry and her ability to create something useful and beautiful with her hands. Above all else, Dr. Bayat enjoys helping people and making life easier and more enjoyable for them. Her profession allows her the opportunity to directly improve her patients’ quality of life. Dr. Huma Bayat lives only one mile from her office and considers herself the neighborhood dentist. In her spare time, she loves to bake, garden, hike, and enjoys taking her children to the beach. She has two young children--a girl and a boy. She treasures spending quality time with her family.
