About Houston Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Houston Nguyen graduated from Marquette University, School of Dentistry, in 2005. He went on to finish his Advanced Education in General Dentistry with the United States Air Force in 2006 with the rank of Captain at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. He continued to serve actively as a captain and a general dentist for two years at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. In 2008, Dr. Houston Nguyen transferred to the United States Air Force Reserve (USAFR) at McChord AFB, Washington and later to Travis AFB, California, in 2010. Dr. Houston Nguyen continued to serve in the USAFR until separated in November 2015 with the rank of major. Dr. Houston Nguyen is happily married and has three children. Dr. Houston Nguyen is very passionate about life, family, friends, and especially, helping others to feel good about themselves. Dr. Houston Nguyen comes from a diverse and interesting background. He graduated from San Francisco State University in 1991 with triple majors in Business Administration. Along the way, he managed to get a license in cosmetology and even got trained professionally in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Houston Nguyen loves dentistry and it shows! Ask any of his patients and they will tell you how much they come to love and respect his professionalism and chair-side mannerism. Dr. Houston Nguyen truly cares and treats everyone with utmost respect when it comes to the relationship of doctor and patient. You can trust Dr. Houston Nguyen to do the right thing for you. On the other hand, he is also known for his down-right honesty in telling you that something just will not work in your case. You can then decide for yourself how you want to be treated. Dentally, of course. Dr. Houston Nguyen especially loves doing aesthetic dentistry. Having had background in make-up artistry, Dr. Houston Nguyen is very knowledgeable and perceptive with proportion, shapes and angles, and the lighting effect in creating something beautiful that would fit an individual. Dr. Houston Nguyen is extremely thorough and will take his time to perfect his works. He will spend the time with you to talk about you and your treatment plan; and he always make you feel at ease and relax--even when you are about to have your wisdom tooth extracted! Dr. Houston Nguyen is currently practicing as a general dentist at Majestic Dental Studio in San Jose, California.
