About Helena F. Lauseng, Aesthetician Specialist
Helena’s Wax & Day Spa was founded by Helena. Helena was born in Governador Valadares, Brazil where she began making her own sugar wax at age 15. At this early age she used her homemade wax to remove unwanted hair for friends, family and herself. This early experience laid the groundwork for her eventual career as an aesthetician. Helena customizes specially blended wax for a longer lasting results. Helena moved to the United States in 1993. She worked in various retail sales positions before opening her own restaurant and retail store in Dallas. After moving to Houston she decided to pursue her desire to become a licensed aesthetician. Upon completion of her certification Helena worked in several spas in Houston refining her specialized skills in waxing and facials. After years of careful planning Helena’s Wax & Day Spa was opened in March of 2006. Helena is known for her professional, caring approach to all clients.
