About Heather S. Schultz, MD
Dr. Schultz, a board-certified dermatologist, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College and received a bachelor of arts degree with general honors and department honors in biochemistry. She was awarded her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and graduated cum laude. Dr. Schultz was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha, the prestigious medical honor society awarded to the top medical students. Following medical school, Dr. Schultz completed an internship at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, part of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. She then completed a dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Schultz is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Medical Women’s Association. Dr. Schultz joined Westmed Medical Group in September 2012.
