About Harpreet S. Tiwana, DDS
Dr. Harpreet Tiwana graduated from New York University in 2002. He has been working in the Greater Sacramento region for over five years. He has also completed Post Doctoral Studies in the form of a General Practice Residency in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Tiwana has taken several continuing education courses including courses offered by Dr. Gordon Christensen in Provo, Utah. Dr. Tiwana completed a mini-residency in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Minnesota as well as one in endodontics (root canal treatment) offered by prominent endodontist Dr. John West at Idea Academy in California. Dr. Tiwana has also been extensively trained by Dr. Michael Duggan DDS, Ph.D. of The Duggan Institute in Southern California. He continually updates his knowledge through Continuing Education Courses at the University of Pacific San Francisco and various other Continuing Education Courses. In his off time, Dr. Tiwana enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and traveling. He is committed to providing excellent care to his patients and also caters to fearful patients by providing Nitrous Oxide sedation. Dr. Tiwana enjoys treating children and adults alike. He likes to listen to his patients and help them attain optimal dental health.
