About Halley Spitzer, Aesthetician Specialist
Halley Spitzer is a Master Esthetician bringing a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and skin science, as well as experience with facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Halley joined University of Utah Health Care in 2006. She gives personal attention to the unique needs of her clients and develops individualized plans to meet their cosmetic goals.
