Gwen has been in the Permanent Cosmetic field for 11 years. She was previously a Radiation Therapist for 20 years, working in Cancer Centers in TN, VA, NC & SC. She was also a Director of a Cancer Center in the Charlotte area for 6 years. After her first career Gwen decided to pursue her passion in the beauty industry. She did a 18 month apprenticeship in TN to prepare herself for permanent makeup business. NC laws do not require proof of training, so many artist in the area have 2 days of training!! So, please pick your artist wisely. Gwen is permitted by Mecklenburg County Health Department. She has received training for OSHA compliance. She has had advanced training in all areas of Permanent Cosmetics. She also does continuing education classes every two years, to keep up with the latest trends in Permanent Makeup. She has performed hundreds of eyebrow, eyeliner & lipcolor procedures.
